Wayne Kolles grew up on a farm in Albertville, Minnesota with four sisters and three brothers. He married his wife Mary Lou in February, 1968. Together, they raised eight children: three daughters and five sons. Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, driving his Massey Harris 44 with his grandchildren and family all aboard for an afternoon ride in the country - especially for ice cream at Culver's. He also enjoys gardening, putting his handyman talents to work in fixing anything he can, attending events to cheer on his children and grandchildren, and singing at St. Albert's church.
On June 28, 2017, Wayne was diagnosed with two types of cancer: Stage III Multiple Myeloma and a Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). His current treatment plan consists of chemotherapy infusions and several oral chemo cancer-fighting drugs.
Please help support this incredible couple, who have so generously devoted all of their love to family, friends, and St. Albert's Church.
Your gift will help raise funds to offset medical expenses incurred as a result of Wayne's cancer treatments.
